Splice does not collect any personally identifiable information. The app stores your game progress (completed levels, matched cards, achievements, and score) locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

2. Advertising

Splice may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks to support free gameplay. These ad networks may use cookies or similar technologies to show you relevant ads. You can remove all ads with a one-time in-app purchase. We do not control the data practices of third-party advertising partners — please review their privacy policies for more information.

3. Analytics

We may use anonymized, aggregated analytics to understand how players interact with the game (e.g., level completion rates, session length). This data cannot be used to identify you personally and is used solely to improve gameplay experience.

4. Third-Party Services

Splice uses The Movie Database (TMDB) API for film metadata. TMDB's privacy policy governs any data interactions with their service. We do not share your personal information with TMDB or any other third party.

Splice is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

All game data is stored locally on your device. We implement standard security measures, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
